You hereby grant permission to Helping International Students Inc  (and its affiliates, successors, and assigns) to use photographs, films, tapes or any other recordings of your appearance at this facility, or any portion thereof, in any manner for any purpose (including marketing), in print, electronic, online, and/or in any other media, in all markets, worldwide, in perpetuity. You also waive any claims that you may have against Helping International Students Inc and its licensees, successors, and assigns, based upon the above actions or uses, including, without limitation, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, libel and copyright infringement.
